We're not trying to be the biggest logistics company. We're trying to be the one that actually picks up when you call.
Our Story
PSP Logistics started a few years ago out of a simple frustration: small e-commerce brands kept telling us they couldn't get decent attention from the big fulfillment companies. Minimums were too high, response times were too slow, and personal service was nowhere to be found.
So we built the opposite. A home-based operation that packs every order by hand, answers emails personally, and treats every shipment like it matters. Because when you're an independent brand sending out your first few hundred orders a month, every one of those orders really does matter.
Today we work with a handful of small brands we've gotten to know well, running their fulfillment and local delivery out of our space. We take on new clients carefully — only as many as we can keep giving the same level of attention — because that's the whole point.
